Salve!Eu alterei o swap e ativei o driver da placa de vídeo recomendada (conforme indicação do @clodoaldops
No Chromium eu desinstalei algumas extensões antigas (mas que nem estavam ativadas) e outras que ainda usava, para ver se melhora.
Já sobre as interrupções, meu camarada, eu vou precisar da sua ajuda pra entender a resposta rs... se puder analisar pra mim, agradeço

Assim seu sistema vai começar a usar a swap qso 95% da memória estiver ocupada ( atualmente está em 60%) isso deve retardar o aparecimento de lentidão - apenas retardar.
Por fim olhe as interrupções e verifique se não tem desajustado (cat /proc/interrupts) - veja se não tem um número muito gigantesco aparecendo em um dos núcleos.
