Bem estranho, mas, os apps travam, ou dão até uns bugs, tipo, ou ele roda normal, ou em algumas condições, ele trava, e o resto fica ao normal, isso é um bug? Isso aconteceu só nos linux que testei versão 20.04, exceto 19.04 (a primeira versão que testei de linux)

Intel HD 400 msm (é mais raro que o 4000) 4GB RAM, Intel Celeron J3060, Lubuntu 20.04, um Centrium q n sei qual o modelo

algumas, mas n todas, acontece geralmente, quando tem um navegador e um terminal (se eu rodar o msm, só que o cmd no windows, ele n trava o navegador ou outro as vezes), ent, só acho ser alguma coisa...

Achei um erro: "lp: driver loaded but no devices found", uso internet a cabo

Bom. Não há erro grave na saída do dmesg. O problema é que vc está usando o kernel liquorix de baixa latência. Esse kernel é mais para tarefas específicas pq diminui o tempo de troca de contexto entre as aplucações. No limite (kernel real time) seu linux vira um dos, quando só vai rodar um programa de cada vez.
Sugestão: instale um kernel normal e use-o(crie outra entrada no grub). Quando vc quiser jogar vc seleciona esse kernel no boot e pode inclusive dar uma tunada a mais desabilitando o código de checagem de bugs intel passando mitigations=off (só no kernel p jogo)

bem que já testei o linux mint 20 MATE e ficou bom tbm, mas, tava vendo se tinha uns melhores, ou o que n precisaria de senha... Bom, Vou ver se o Xubuntu fica bom, e se n tem senha, pois, tive bastante problemas com Zorin OS e Lubuntu, no Zorin OS, o motivo de saída era Mouse flickering e precisa de senha, no Lubuntu, é pq tem mts bugs, o mint, pq precisa de senha... E no Mint XFCE, tbm tinha mts erros de DLL e falta de compatibilidade, e, tava com um note, que só se rodasse um Linux que rodasse com req de 1GB RAM no recomendado, e é x64, mas tinha usado Mint, e n tinha usado o TinyCore, que seria o certo.

Já o Manjaro... Tentei instalar mas n tava indo o boot, ent n deu para nem iniciar pelo Pen Drive
