1. Adicionar impressora da Rede no CUPS - 14.04

Bom dia pessoal ,

Tenho o CUPS instalado em um Ubuntu 14.04 , gostaria de saber como faço pra adicionar uma impressora que está conectada na rede com o seguinte IP : 192.168.1.39 , ou seja , essa impressora é conectada atraves de um cabo de rede .

Para adicionar a impressora no CUPS devo selecionar "IPP" ou "IPPS"

como é possivel instalar a impressora ?

Deixei assim no IPP:

ipp://192.168.11.93/hplaserjet2055

o driver que escolhi foi :

HP LaserJet Series PCL 6 CUPS (grayscale, 2-sided printing)

Mas quando faço um teste de impressão pelo proprio CUPS .

dá o erro : The printer is not responding

você sabe o que possa ser ?

Você colocou que o IP da impressora na rede é 192.168.1.39, mas no cups está 192.168.1.32.

Opá amigo ,

O servidor CUPS está no seguinte endereço : 192.168.1.32

A impressora está no seguinte endereço : 192.168.11.93

como deve ser o IPP ?
