Este arquivo permite executar o Beryl/Compiz utilizando aceleração 3D por hardware com o driver open-source radeon, não necessitando instalar os famigerados fglrx restritos ou do site da AMD. Uso-o no Ubuntu 7.04 Feisty Fawn.

Ajuste apenas as frequencias horizontal e vertical da seção 'Monitor', uso um Samsung SyncMaster 793v e verifique se seu teclado é ABNT2, se não, ajuste isso também. A melhor aposta seria copiar a seção de seu xorg.conf atual.

Também limpei aqueles dispositivos de entrada 'wacon' que não fazem muito sentido em um pc desktop.

taí o meu... algumas opções diferentes, como na seção modules coloquei o "dbe".

A propósito;
Como sei que o desempenho é melhor que os driver restritos?

qual teste fazer?

no glxgears chega a quase 10000 FPS.. é isso mesmo?
