O LXDE não tem por padrão a função de dividir da tela entre janelas quando se arrasta uma para um dos lados da tela. Com esse arquivo, você poderá fazer a divisão com três atalhos de teclado.

Lembrando que "super = windows" na maioria dos teclados, os seguintes atalhos serão habilitados:
- Dividir tela na vertical: super + ctrl + v
- Dividir tela na horizontal: super + ctrl + h
- Restaurar ao original: super + ctrl + r

A modificação na ação do mouse interessa a quem usa "touch pad", pois desabilita a irritante troca de área de trabalho pela rolagem (scroll).

Trocar de "área de trabalho" subsiste, bastando usar o "pager do painel" (minha opção preferida) ou arrastar a janela para a borda lateral.

Para usar este arquivo salve-o como "lxde-rc.xml" (Debian) ou "lubuntu-rc.xml" (Lubuntu) e o copie para para "~/.config/openbox".

IMPORTANTE:
Faça backup do arquivo original antes de alterar ou substituir, pois erros nos arquivos "xml" são comuns quando copiados e salvos por editores de texto simples. Se esquecer do backup, não reclame comigo, pois eu avisei.

Funciona também no LXQT que instalei tanto no Debian Testing quanto no Lubuntu 18.10 (esse acabei de instalar no netbook). É só o nome do arquivo que é diferente (depois posto o nome aqui).

Se não me engano, é "lxqt-rc.xml", mais eu confirmo depois.

Como o aquivo é de configuração do Openbox, funciona tanto no LXDE quanto no LXQT.
