Ubuntu -20.04 c/ falha ao transferir as informações do repositório

Quando tento fazer actualizações no meu ubuntu 20.04 aparece a mensagem em assunto e não consigo actualizar. Que posso fazer?

-vá em programas/atualzações >> aplicativos/ubuntu >> e em baixar de mude p/ servidor principal >> tente novamente

Pebis, depois do que me indicou eis a resposta:

aparentemente o repositório está des habilitado porque ainda instável. Vc tentou como o clodoaldo falou? usando repositório principal

Entra no arquivo /etc/apt/sources.list. Faça:

sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

Na frente da linha: "deb cdrom://Xubuntu 20.04 LTS _Focal Fossa_ - Release amd64 .... " coloca o caracter #, ficando assim:

# deb cdrom://Xubuntu 20.04 LTS _Focal Fossa_ - Release amd64

salva e fecha o arquivo, pode fazer o sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade

Boa tarde, Pebis, depois de fazer o que me recomendou apareceu a seguinte mensagem:

O que é esse github.spheras.desktopfolder?
Se for um repositório tem que ver se é compatível com Ubuntu 20.04, senão remova-o

entre no terminal e digite o comando cat /etc/apt/sources.list e mostre o que aparece...

Ola,

o arquivo sources.list parece normal...

no terminal digite o comando ls -al /etc/apt/sources.list.d e mostre o que aparece...
