Falha de inicialização da máquina virtual

Queridos amigos do VOL. Montei um servidor Linux rodando Virtualbox 4.1.2.22 e com o phpvirtualbox 4.1-10.
udo funciona normalmento, consigi configurar a VM criar os discos e tudo, porém quando inicio a VM a mesma dá o erro code 1.
o detalhe do erro está embaixo. Caso alguém faça idéia do que seja eu agradeço.
