Apaguei o conteúdo da pasta e agora da isso

Rode comandos abaixo
sudo rm /var/lib/apt/lists/lock
sudo rm /var/lib/dpkg/lock
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade

Vá em programas-atualizacoes >> Outros programas >> desmarque todos PPA >> atualize novamente
