Isso não é um erro, isso é um aviso(warning), de que esse repositório está usando uma chave fraca!

Caso queira continuar usando acho que terá que esperar eles mudarem a hash!

Ative chave publica
sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys 09D6EF97BFB38E916EF060E756A3DEF863961D39

Atualize novamente
sudo apt-get update

Still Intel provide a gpg signature (SHA1) that Ubuntu 16.04 doesn't accept (it's almost a year that we don't use SHA1). Still waiting for a gpg signature SHA256 or SHA512.

O SHA1 está diferente após as atualizações das chaves. Não vai adiantar inserir a chave 09D6EF97, porque não vai corresponder.

O melhor a fazer é remover o endereço.
Poste o resultado: cat etc/apt/sources.list
