Ao remover o ports.conf ele gera erro informando sobre a sua ausência.

Imaginei. Volte o arquivo e faça o q o colega acima sugeriu. Outra forma é editar o httpd.conf para não solicitar a presença do arquivo ports.conf, mas é mais complicado.

Blz, agora não está mais dando o erro do Apache2, porém ainda nenhum site eu consigo subir.

No meu Squidadmin, Ocomon e Squid-Reports (Sarg) dá a mensagem abaixo:
Não é possível localizar a página da Web
HTTP 404
Causas prováveis:
•Talvez haja um erro de digitação no endereço.
•Se você clicou em um link, talvez ele esteja desatualizado.

Você pode tentar:
Digite o endereço novamente.

Voltar para a página anterior.

Ir para e procure as informações desejadas.



No meu PhPMyAdmin e no meu Nagios dão a msg abaixo:

500 Internal Server Error

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Você tá procurando na porta 8080... só que seu httpd.conf está configurado para escutar na porta 8080.

Reveja a diretiva Listen 8080 e altere pra 80 OU adicione :8080 no fim do endereço da página que está tentando recuperar.

A página do nagios está normal?

Creio que estejam faltando os arquivos de configuração deles.
Verifique se na pasta /etc/apache2/conf.d/ existe algum arquivo de configuração para esses sistemas, igual é o .conf do nagios.

Por exemplo, meu phpmyadmin tem o arquivo nessa pasta chamada phpmyadmin.conf e conteúdo dele segue abaixo:

Vc deve ter um arquivo nesses moldes para cada sistema que você tem instalado apontado para o diretório deles... OU (sempre tem um ou...rsrs) você pode colocar a estrutura desses sistema diretamente no diretório raiz do apache, no meu caso /var/www/. Meu ocomon é feito dessa forma.
