Achei a mensagem que esta dando para o ip que esta tentando acessar, o IP é o 10.0.0.35

Ah, tá! Era isso msm q eu queria. Então o pacote está sendo encaminhado... mas tem um detalhe: a porta d origem é 3300. Então vamos colocar essas regras:

iptables -A FORWARD -p tcp --dport 3306 -j ACCEPT
iptables -A FORWARD -p udp --dport 3306 -j ACCEPT
iptables -A FORWARD -p tcp --dport 3300 -j ACCEPT
iptables -A FORWARD -p udp --dport 3300 -j ACCEPT

Além daquelas, tente mais essas:

iptables -A FORWARD -p tcp --sport 3300 -j ACCEPT
iptables -A FORWARD -p udp --sport 3300 -j ACCEPT

Se não der, eu não sei mais...

Não funcionou,
ainda tentei mudar a política do FORWARD para ACCEPT tb mas n deu em nada =/

Nao sei mais o que fazer

Complicado. Tem regra d+ ae. Tem q analisar uma por uma pra saber d onde tá vindo o bloqueio... e exige tempo.
