Pra utilizar um arquivo, vc faz com o dd:

# dd if=/dev/zero of=w2k8n.img bs=1k count=1 seek=4096k

Neste caso, estou criando um disco com 4 GB de espaço, mas ele só ocupará esse espaço à medida q vc for gravando na imagem (esparsa).

Referencie-o no seu arquivo d configuração:

disk = ['file:/root/w2k8.iso,hdd:cdrom,r' , 'file:/caminho/da/imagem/w2k8n.img,hda,w']

Esse erro seu é muito estranho, pois se o Dom0 subiu, significa q a instalação tá correta (a prova disso é q vc listou os domínios no ar). Tente subir a VM com as opções mínimas nas configs pra v se é alguma opção nela.

Imaginei. Existe um script dentro do diretório /etc/xen/scripts chamado network-bridge. Execute-o e depois liste as interfaces com o comando "brctl show". Se aparecer sua interface, agora vc pode adicioná-la na sua VM. Olhe, também, no arquivo /etc/xen/xend-config.sxp, se a seguinte linha está mais ou menos dessa forma:

...
(network-script network-bridge)
...

Se tiver comentada ou não tiver dessa forma, deixe dessa forma.
