Olá galera, boa noite!
Estou precisando da ajuda de vocês. A situação é a seguinte:

Usava o Ubuntu 11.04 e tudo funcionava na mais perfeita ordem. Porém migrei para o Debian, mas para conhecer a distro mesmo, aí deparei-me com a dificuldade em acessar a rede pela placa wireless.

Descobri que ela não está sendo detectada. Procurei, aqui mesmo no VOL, uma forma de instalar a placa, baixei o driver, descompactei e, quando tento compilar, simplesmente não consigo. Já tentei quase tudo e nada.

Prezado Walesko:

Sou imensamente grato pela atenção dispensada. Vou postar tópico como resolvido porque tenho certeza que assim o será. A questão é que tive que desinstalar o Debian e instalar o Unbutu 10.04, por dois motivos:

1 - Além da necessidade da rede wireless, precisava trabalhar em dual boot com W7 Ultimate, onde o W7 não funcionava. No final da instalação do Debian havia até a opção de usar o Grub para que o dual boot gerenciasse a inicialização do sistema a ser utilizado. Mas, como mencionei, o W7, era até listado, mais não iniciava. Embora essa questão poderia ser resolvida mais tarde;

2 - Instalei o Unbutu 10.04 porque funciona tranquilamente em dual boot com o W7 e nmeu filho estava precisando usar na faculdade a ferramenta de desenvolvimento eclipse no Linux.

Voltarei para o Debian assim que arrumar as coisas por aqui e utilizarei a solução por você me disponibilizou.

Entrarei em contato para mostrar os resultados.
