Olá, eu queria uma informação, eu preciso trocar ou acrescentar uma memória RAM em meu notebook antigo, mas como ele é antigo eu nem imagino se isso é possível, vou mandar as especificações do produto para ver alguém me da uma luz, desde já agradeço o contato. possivel é , mas pode passar a service tag para o fornecedor e solicitar uma memória que seja compatível com o seu hardware

Cara não entendi, eu tenho que entrar com o fornecedor que seria a Dell e solicitar uma memória compatível?, se for isso meu notebook dell não tem mais suporte nem mensagem eu consigo mais, não existe outro meio de saber tais informações?

Rode o dmisecode. P saber se dá p trocar as memórias vc precisa ver qtos slots tem a sua placa e qtoa estão ocupados precisa tb do tipo de memória(ddr3, ddr4) da frequéncia,da latência e do fornecedor no mínimo. Se quiser uma memória diferente da que está instalada vc precisa pesquisar pelo modelo da placa mãe e processador p ver frequências/latências compatíveia. Tudo vc consegue c o dmidecode rodando como root.

de acordo com o que eu achei na net esse notebook aceita módulos DDR3 1066 de 4GB ... só não ficou claro se ele possui 1 ou 2 slots !!!

No meu Laptop pré histórico eu coloquei um SSD e mantive os 4 GB... Melhor upgrade é um SSD

Bom, na saída diz q tem um slot vazio e que seu computador tem 4G de memória. Isso está correto? Se estiver ele aguenta mais 4G e o modelo que encontrei foi esse
