Olá. Faz muito tempo que não dou as caras aqui, mas vamos lá...

Não deu para entender muito bem o que o aflige... Os hosts tem pouca diferença, só nome, IP e alias, o resto me parece que está igual mesmo.

Você até poderia mudar a configuração para o que segue abaixo. Não sei se é o que você está tentando fazer:

define host{
name generic-host
notifications_enabled 1
event_handler_enabled 1
flap_detection_enabled 1
failure_prediction_enabled 1
process_perf_data 1
retain_status_information 1
retain_nonstatus_information 1
check_command check-host-alive
max_check_attempts 10
check_period 24x7
notification_interval 120
notification_period 24x7
notification_options d,r
contact_groups admins
; DONT REGISTER THIS DEFINITION - ITS NOT A REAL HOST, JUST A TEMPLATE!
register 0
}

define host{
use generic-host
host_name fox-black
alias Maquina Pessoal
address 192.168.1.216
}

define hostgroup{
hostgroup_name maquina-pessoal
alias Maquina Pessoal
members fox-black
}

define host{
use generic-host
host_name localhost
alias Nagios Server
address 127.0.0.1
}

define hostgroup{
hostgroup_name test
alias Test Servers
members localhost
}

define host{
use generic-host
host_name server2008
alias Windows server
address 192.168.1.245
}

define hostgroup{
hostgroup_name Server-Data
alias Test Servers Data
members server2008
}
