Não consigo instalar o xampp no debian 10

Não sei se para progamar em php no linux preciso instalar o xampp, igual no windows, pois tentei instalar aqui e não foi, estou usando o debian 10 e quando termina a instalação no terminal ele não abre o setup. Se alguem consegui me ajudar agradeço pois estou iniciando no linux agora e estou meio perdido.

Ola, não estou conseguindo instalar o xampp, quando ele termina de carregar no terminal ele não abre o setup

Cara o xamp roda de boa inclusive quando rodei foi com uma dica do blog do Edivaldo britto

Então, quando fui instalar, isso na primeira tentativa eu fiz esses comandos

Quando finalizava era para aparecer o setup na tela, mas não apareceu,
então tentei pelo método que me passaram e no primeiro comando deu isso

matamos uma charada velho ... vc está usando repositório do 9 no 10 ...

faz aí (como root)

sed -i 's/stretch/buster/g' /etc/apt/sources.list && apt update && apt upgrade -y 

poste o resultado !!
