Galera, estou com o Debian Wheezy(7.1) no notebook com a areade ambiente Xfce, só que não esta reconhecendo o meu touchpad.
Tipo, o mouse meche, mas quando eu do um toque (que seria o clique) ele não funciona. O meu clique do touchpad esta sendo o botões do touchpad esquerdo e direito, mas não o clique com o dedo.

execute os comandos abaixo e liste a saída de cada um aqui.

lsusb -t

depois

cat /proc/bus/input/devices |grep -i mouse -A 10 -B 5

depois

lsmod |grep -i ps

retorna ai...

Amigo módulo psmouse está carregado, então não é falta do módulo, no entando vi que seu touch pad é Alps. faz o que o link abaixo e retorna.

Não deu certo colega, esse clique do touch é bem marrento, não quer funcionar. Segui os passos, compilei, tudo certo, só que ainda não esta "funfando". O engraçado é que isso é sou no XFCE, no GNOME ta de boa, pega certim. Nas confugurações de mouse do Xfce só tem as opções de acelerar mouse, trocar de canhoto pra destro, etc.., mas não tem a respeito sobre esse assunto.

Instala o gnome-settings-daemon e configura o XFCE para carregar as configurações do GNOME. Normalmente isso resolve.

Deu certo, mas só que toda vez que inicio tenho que ficar digitando o comando "gnome-settings-daemon".Por que?
