para compilar estou fazenda da seguinte forma:
gcc -o linsniffer linsniffer.c

e ocorre o seguinte erro:

a variável ‘SIOCGIFFLAGS' (identificador) não está declarada. vc tem q incluir a biblioteca que a contem ou colocar no inicio do programa:

#define SIOCGIFFLAGS <valor>

o resto é warning de que exit() tah sem protótipo declarado, mais isso eh tranquilo... se quiser tirar coloca a stdlib.h e a unistd.h

qualquer coisa poste denovo...
