Boa Noite

Instalei o proftpd e escolhi a opção inetd e quando vou reiniciar o serviço ocorre mensagem abaixo:

ProFTPD warning: cannot start neither in standalone nor in inetd/xinetd mode. Check your configuration.


oq tenho q fazer?

Cara eu enfrentei isso também e não lembro exatamente o que mudei na configuração, o meu está em standalone.

Poste o seu proftpd.conf aqui pra mim dar uma olhada, pode obtê-lo em /etc/proftpd/proftpd.conf

É a configuração tá bem básica mesmo.

O que notei de diferenças pro meu arquivo são:

UseIPV6 - Marquei como off
ServerType - Marcado como standalone
DeferWelcome - Marcado como on

Provavelmente o problema está no ServerType, tente mudar pra vermos. Senão vou dar uma pesquisada na net.
