meu mouse após algum tempo com o computador ligado, ele trava, simplesmente fica parado, pesquisando na internet descobri esses 2 comandos q fazem o mouse reiniciar:
sudo modprobe -r psmouse
sudo modprobe psmouse

mas isso é so uma solução temporaria pq ele trava dnovo, me ajudem porfavor!

Qual é o conector do mouse PS2 ou USB??

Sabe me dizer se tem alguma driver em conflito?? tipo ja tentou em outra USB?

via algo semelhante com um drive Genérico de um Mouse USB3.0

depois de baixar um driver do fabricante tudo ficou resolvido, porém se ele nao tiver suporte para o linux seria interessante ver a possibilidade de trocar o mouse.

Estou tento o mesmo problema que o colega.
Meu mouse é um sem fio da marca Logitech modelo M165. Meu SO é o Ubuntu 14 LTS
Está ficando insuportável trabalhar com tanto travamento do mouse.
Já troquei de pilhas, achando que as mesmas estavam fracas, porém não resolveu o problema....
O interessante é que quando eu espeto um mouse genérico da Genius (também USB) o problema estabiliza.
Alguém sabe o que está acontecendo e como resolver esse problema?

Olá,

Também tive problema com meu mouse com o Ubuntu 16.04 LTS: Na tela de Login o mouse funciona perfeitamente depois que eu logo o mouse trava. Tentei resolver instalando alguns drivers e subindo outros módulos, não deu certo. Depois troquei de mouse e funcionou.
Então sugiro, pra quem tiver outro, trocar de mouse pra fazer um teste ou reconecte o mouse da porta, depois use o comando "dmesg" e cola as ultimas linhas aqui.

Meu problema é diferente... o mouse não para por definitivo.
Ele trava e solta, trava e solta... o que me enche a paciência.
A Logitech é uma das melhores fornecedoras de mouse na minha opinião e não é um mouse barato... ele tem que funcionar.
Agora estou usando ele normalmente... e não trava a um bom temo. Mas no nada ele começa a travação irritante.

Não sei se é coincidência, mas quando estou com aplicativos on-line aberto, acontece com mais frequência. Será que faz sentido?

Quem pode me ajudar a colocar meu mouse estável.

De qualquer forma, quando teu mouse travar da um dmesg e cola aqui o trecho de erro do seu dispositivo senão fica difícil saber o que tá acontecendo.

Olá,
para facilitar, se o mouse for da Logitech, dê o seguinte comando:
$dmesg | grep logitech

(a intensão aqui não é propriamente resolver o problema do post original, que já é bem antigo, mas dar uma dica de como podemos listar uma relação filtrada utilizando o atributo "grep")
