Verifique em /usr/bin se você possui um arquivo chamado winecfg. Esse é o arquivo de configuração do wine.
Provavelmente você deve ter esse arquivo. No menu do wine você pode acessar em Configuração do Wine. Caso não o tenha e queira criá-lo (não tenho certeza que vai funcionar, mas você pode tentar), aqui vai a cópia do meu winecfg:

Você pode copiar e colar mas antes vai ter que dar permissão de escrita para o arquivo pois ele abre como somente leitura.
