Ubuntu server 14 - Apt-Get Não funciona !!! [RESOLVIDO]

Bom dia gente sou novo aqui e novo no Linux.

Gostaria que me ajudassem com um problema.
Instalei o Ubuntu server em uma maquina, tenho um proxy(kério) na rede que pede autenticação. quando dou um ping num site da internet ele peinga perfeitamente sem erro, mas quando dou o comando sudo apt-get update ele retorna a seguinte menssagem:

Por favor não sei o que fazer, já li vários artigos já tentei mil e uma coisas não consigo fazer esse apt-get funcionar direito !!!

Essa sources.list ai é do Debian

cp /etc/apt/sources.list{,-original}

vim /etc/apt/sources.list

#Essa sources.list é do Ubuntu 14.04 caso você esteja usando a Versão 14.10 basta mudar o nome da release

$ sudo apt-get clean

Meu source list esta identico a esse arquivo, porem não funciona nem com reza braba !!
já esta batendo desespero !!

quando dou o comando sudo apt-get autoclean o sistema responde assim:

Reading package lists ... Done
Building dependency tree
reading state information... Done

essa resposta é normal ??
