Eu miguei do Win 10 paro o Mint e encontrei esse problema, no win 10 estava com 30 Mbps consistentemente, agora no Mint está com 10, 13, 15 Mbps. Já desliguei o power management.

A qualidade de conecção está em torno de 40-60%, mesmo estando a uns 1m e meio do roteador, queria comprar uma placa usb mas não sei se vai funcionar em conunto com o bluetooth que está funcionando perfeitamente.

Vc está entre o computador e o AP? Deixe o caminho totalmente livre. Na saída do iwconfig Invalid misc=5606 parece indicar interferência (de outros AP ou outros aparelhos), mas não é possível dizer se isso está prejudicando tanto a conexão. É bom rodar nmcli dev wifi list e ver se tem muitas redes usando o mesmo canal q o seu.
