Erro: Indice de software danificado [RESOLVIDO]

Olá pessoal.

Uso Lubuntu 12.10 e estou tentando instalar um pacote do Skype e está dando a seguinte mensagem de erro:

"indice de software danificado

Esta é uma falha grave de seu sistema gerenciador de programas. Por favor verifique se há pacotes quebrados com o synaptic, verifique as permissões e integridade do arquivo '/etc/apt/sources.list' e recarregue as informações do programa com o comando:'sudo apt-get update' e 'sudo apt-get install -f'."

Usei o apt-get update e o apt-get install -f mas não resolveu.

Tentei entrar no gerenciador synaptic e deu a seguinte mensagem:

Alguém pode me dar uma dica sobre como resolver esse problema?

Se não tiver mensagens de erro no último comando, abra o Synaptic e corrija os pacotes quebrados (se tiver algum).
