O Ubuntu 19.10 já perdeu o suporte, não funciona mais.

Baixe o Ubuntu 20.04 LTS.

Ubuntu b19.10 está morto, obsoleto, sem suporte desde julho/2020
Faça backup seus arquivos e instale Ubuntu 20.04 que terá suporte até abril/2025

Provavelmente você precisa atualizar sua distribuição... depois de algum tempo as releases perdem suporte e ficam defasadas... tente rodar `sudo apt-get dist-upgrade` e veja se o problema é resolvido. Abs

Não vai resolver com update + upgrade porque o 19.10 não tem mais suporte... Terá fazer instalação limpa de uma versão LTS
