Slackware + no-ip

Ola caros amigos!
Estou tentando instalar o NO-IP no meu servidor slackware 10.2, segui os passos de um topico aki mesmo do Viva o Linux, mas qd dou o comando make && make install aparece o seguinte erro:

make: `noip2' is up to date.
if [ ! -d /usr/local/bin ]; then mkdir -p /usr/local/bin;fi
if [ ! -d /usr/local/etc ]; then mkdir -p /usr/local/etc;fi
cp noip2 /usr/local/bin/noip2
