Não consigo instalar o sshpass

Olá comunidade, não consigo instalar o sshpass no servidor. Preciso desse "troço" funcionando para automatizar um script que deve rodar em toda a rede da empresa e para isso quero utilizar comandos do tipo
sshpass -p "casa" ssh root@10.0.0.1 (http://www.vivaolinux.com.br/topico/Shell-Script/Como-fornecer-senha-de-ssh-na-linha-de-comando).

Trata-se de um CentOS 4.5 - Make 3.8 - gcc 3.4.6.

Baixei duas versões do sshpass 1.00 e 1.04 (http://sourceforge.net/projects/sshpass/).
Não consigo instalar nenhuma das duas versões.

Segui os passo-a-passo (http://www.zago.eti.br/ssh/ssh.html e http://www.vivaolinux.com.br/topico/Shell-Script/Conectar-ssh), porém só funciona até o ./configure. Depois quando faço o make já dá erro e nem consigo fazer o make install. Executo os comandos como "root". Eis a saida dos comandos.

Opa bom dia.

Cara, eu já trabalhei com este esquema de sshpass, eu mesmo já postei em alguma resposta isto como dica, mas confesso que hoje não utilizaria este recurso, e sim, a parte de certificação de ssh, onde vc os cria e uma maquina entra via ssh em outra sem senha.

Obrigado nelio pela resposta. Mas mesmo assim gostaria de saber por que não consigo instalar este serviço na minha máquina. Vou ler o artigo e daqui a pouco de dou um retorno. Att.

Muito trabalhoso gerar e publicar as chaves para todas as máquinas na rede. Não tem um script para agilizar essa tarefa?

Desculpa a demora, mas resolvi responder seu Post pois sua duvida possivelmente será a de milhares.

Para resolver o problema, basta copiar o "sshpass" para a pasta BIN do seu SO.

Ex > No meu caso utilizo CentOS 5.8.
