Apache2 não inicia no debian

Olá alguém poderia me ajudar com um problema no APACHE2?
O apache2 estava funcionando normal e depois que fiz algumas alterações, e como é necessário reiniciar o mesmo não start.
Dar a seguinte mensagem....

Restarting apache2 (via systemctl) apache2.service job for apache2.service failed. See 'systemctl status apache2.service' and 'journalctl -xn' for details.

como não tenho bola de cristal para adivinhar o que vc fez só tem uma sugestão cabível ... desfaça as alterações !!!

Desfiz as alterações e mesmo assim não iniciar, desinstalei e reinstalei novamente e mesmo assim continua...

Ok OK Ok ... rode os comandos e poste aqui as saídas COMPLETAS

sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 status 

sudo cat /var/log/syslog

Atenção nessa linha do log:

Vá até o arquivo /etc/apache2/conf-enabled/ocsinventory-reports.conf e verifique a linha 38 como indicado. Aparentemente você faz alguma alteração incorreta. Aliás, que espécie de alteração você deseja fazer no Apache?

Não fiz nenhuma alteração nesse arquivo se quer.

/etc/apache2/conf-anable/ nano ocsinventory-reports.conf

li algumas soluções que deve ir até a linha 38 e comenta, porém a mesma já se encontra comentada.

Na verdade só quero que o apache2 inicie, estou tentando montando o servidor de inventario com o ocs simplesmente estava fazendo algumas configurações no proprio ocs via browser e depois o apache não subiu de forma nenhuma.

#apache2ctl configtest

veja o que ele me retorna....

Tradução:
AH00526: Erro de sintaxe na linha 38 do /etc/apache2/conf-enabled/ocsinventory-reports.conf:
comando 'php_flag' inválido, talvez incorreto ou definido por um módulo não incluídos na configuração do servidor
Ação 'configtest' falhou.
O log de erro Apache podem ter mais informações.

aquele erro na linha é provavel de ser por causa disso

está faltando um módulo nas configurações do servidor ... joga esse erro no google e v se vc descobre qual é esse módulo !!
