Issue - Linux with high load

Hi folks,

Linux server with a high load when we use redis to cache our servers, it will back to health after a few minutes.

For example, I have 3 servers use for a website. I am flushing redis for one of server first(the server load is getting high and website will down). Is there any way users will auto route to other healthy servers? I found that most users are facing website down if one of server getting high load even other servers are healthy.
