Olá amigos do viva o linux, estou com um problema já faz um tempo, porém não consigo solução para o problema, montei um servidor PROFTP usando o UBUNTU SERVER 13.04, localmente consigo autenticar e logar no meu ftp, porém quando faço isso externamente, ex. ftp://201.67.18.226:21 é pedido login e senha, digito o mesmo login que usei para autenticar localmente, porém dá usuário ou senha incorretos, não consigo identificar onde está essa falha.

ao fazer login remoto , verifique os logs pra ver a msg de erro

Já pesquisei em todos os lugares, não consigo identificar o problema, agora solicito um orçamento, se alguém tiver interesse em me ajudar nessa pesquisa.
