sorbs.net rbl maldita (Ajuda para tirar IP)

Não consigo remover meu IP desta RBL.

Consegui um login/senha de uma pessoa para tentar tirar, pq nao funciona o cadastro desta RBL (Resumindo é LIXO, vou até tirar do meu smtp ela).

Quando clico em remove aparece este erro:

Sorry we have been unable to delist your address.

Já tentei deletar com o próprio IP do servidor de e-mail, mas o erro continua.

Aparece que meu IP está na lista de HACKER, SPAM e mais um.

Para isso deve entrar no site da sorbs, clicar em delist, porém deve estar conectado usando o IP de saida que está bloqueado.

Acabei de passar pelo problema.
