Boa noite senhores,

Estou com a seguinte situação:

Dois monitores, um plugado no HDMI que funciona normal (NVIDIA 1060) e o outro VGA onboard (INTEL)

Quando eu inicio o sistema, o Debian carrega pelo monitor onde esta o cabo onboard e depois de iniciar ele logo vai para o monitor onde esta o HDMI.

Pois bem.

Quando vou nas configurações do Debian e tento identificar por mais monitores, ele só reconhece o NVIDIA e não reconhece o VGA.

Alguma ideia?

Nem com o comando xrandr ele lista o output

Posso estar errado,
mas se o chip gráfico onboard for integrado a placa mãe e não ao processador ( PC mais antigo?), Não irá conseguir utilizar a saída off e a on juntas.

Não é possível usar as duas ao mesmo tempo. O chipset H81 não permite isso.
O que você pode fazer é desativar a onboard na bios e ativar apenas a offboard.
Parece que você deve corrigir a opção PCI/VGA (algo assim) na bios e usar apenas a offboard, como está você precisa dos dois monitores para cada saída de video, um para o boot (acesso a bios) e outro para usar o sistema, deixe os dois monitores na placa offboard, mesmo que use um adaptador para o cabo.

A BIOS deve "buscar video" diretamente na placa offboard
