Problemas com drivers do Ubuntu no notebook da CCE - ralink bluetooth rt3290 e placa de tv

Bom dia a todos!

Estou migrando do Windows 8.1 para Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS e deparei-me com o problema referente ao driver do bluetooh e da tv. Quando acesso o aplicativo do bluetooth não tem opção para habilitá-lo. Não tem teclada de atalho (ex.: fn + F10) para habilitar o mesmo. Procurei no fórum sobre algum problema relacionado ao ralink bluetooth rt3290 e não encontrei. Peço a ajuda dos colegas, pois utilizo muito o bluetooth. Caso alguém possa ajudar com o da tv também ficarei grato.
