nagios dando erro ao restartar

não estou conseguindo dar restart no nagios, alguém pode me ajudar,da um erro.

Prezado Daniel, bom dia.
Distribuição que eu instalei foi o Centos 8
olha o erro que dá.

[root@10 ~]# systemctl start nagios.service

Daniel, reinstalei tudo.

pra deixar como no tutorial, mas agora não abre o brauser.

pode me ajudar?
