pessoal por favor me ajudem estou tentando iniciar o ntop mas apresenta a seguinte msg

Problema resolvido galera.
Apos a liberação da porta do ntop com a regra:
iptables -A INPUT -p tcp --dport 3000 -j ACCEPT
