Pelo que você postou aí, basta remover o repositório com problema:

Err:7 http://ppa.launchpad.net/ubuntu-wine/ppa/ubuntu

Como adicionou esse repositório? Foi com o comando sudo add-apt-repository?

Boa tarde.
Erro nos repositórios.
Edite o arquivo e comente os repositórios que estão acusando ERRO.
exemplo:
sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list
Coloque um # no inicio da linha que acusa erro.
Ctrl+o => salva arquivo
Ctrl+x => fecha
sudo apt updade....
