Instalei o Ubuntu em meu Windows 10, e ao executar

sudo apt update

é apresentada a seguinte mensagem:

Ao executar o comando

sudo ping archive.ubuntu.com

o retorno é:

ping: archive.ubuntu.com: Name or service not known

Já o retorno de

sudo ping 8.8.8.8

é normal:

PING 8.8.8.8 (8.8.8.8) 56(84) bytes of data.

64 bytes from 8.8.8.8: icmp_seq=1 ttl=112 time=31.3 ms

64 bytes from 8.8.8.8: icmp_seq=2 ttl=112 time=28.9 ms

Alguém conhece alguma solução?

Todo ping que executo tem o mesmo retorno

 ping google.com

ping: google.com: Name or service not known

Como esta teu resolv.conf? E teu hosts?

Existe outra maquina na rede que esteja funcionando?

Tenho outra maquina conectada e funcionando normalmente.
Não sei se interfere mas também estou conectado em uma VPN do local onde trabalho...
