Amigos so inciante com o S.O Linux Ferdora
e nao estou conseguindo fazer comunicação De Windows para o Linux nd no cmd ping mas nao hora de acessar que é bom nd
já fiz algumas alterações no smb.conf mas sem sucessos !!!

Obs meu ip de minha rede é 10.1.1.1.*


O que fazer nesse caso ?

Caro f.laure

1. inclua o seguinte parametro no arquivo smb.conf:

netbios name = nomedamaquina

2. modifique o parâmetro de segurança, modificando SHARE para USER:

SECURITY = USER

3. verifique se existe algum erro de configuração usando o comando testparm;
4. reinicialize o serviço samba;
