erro ao instalar o VBoxLinuxAdditions no kali no Virtualbox

Boa tarde ! tenho o kali instalado numa maquina virtual e sempre da esse erro quando vou instalar os Adicionais para convidado.

Tentei exatamente assim:

Copiei o arquivo "VBoxLinuxAdditions.run" para a área de trabalho e depois usei os comandos:

chmod 755
./

e da o seguinte erro que n consegui encontrar solução.

tanto a VM como o Kali linux estão na ultima versão.

então, ja tentei isso e da uma msg que o pacote não pode ser econtrado, será pq estou usando uma versão "bit Light" do kali, ja tentei todos esses e nada, to baixando a iso completa agora

Tente seguir calmamente todos os passos da dica que deve funcionar.
Senão antes de executar o .run, atualize seu sistema, reinicie e instale os pacotes básicos para compilação:

apt update ; apt upgrade -y ; reboot 

Depois:

apt update ; apt  install build-essential linux-headers-$(uname -r)

OK, siga com atenção os comandos postados que deve funcionar, caso não funcione retorne a mensagem de erro.

Olá!

Eu tive este problema.
Não achava o pacote que o pessoal tanto fala com o nome do kernel, daí fui ver no repositório e este estava vazio. Caso não saiba, o repositório fica em /etc/apt/sources.list, edita este repositório colocando a linha
deb http://http.kali.org/kali kali-rolling main contrib non-free
depois salva/sai e executa
apt-get update
apt-get upgrade

Tem que ter acesso à Internet para atualizar!
