Use --autounmask-write to write changes to config files (honoring
CONFIG_PROTECT). Carefully examine the list of proposed changes,
paying special attention to mask or keyword changes that may expose
experimental or unstable packages.

emerge: there are no ebuilds built with USE flags to satisfy "dev-libs/libdbusmenu-qt[qt5]".
!!! One of the following packages is required to complete your request:
- dev-libs/libdbusmenu-qt-0.9.3_pre20140619-r1::gentoo (Change USE: +qt5)
(dependency required by "lxqt-base/lxqt-qtplugin-0.11.0::gentoo" [ebuild])
(dependency required by "lxqt-base/lxqt-meta-0.11.0::gentoo" [ebuild])
(dependency required by "lxqt-meta" [argument])

O que pode ser e como posso resolver?

Existem duas formas ou escolhes o mix lxqt, para instalar tudo o que é necessário ou então como diz no teu terminal fazes isto;

- emerge --autounmask-write lxqt

- emerge --ask lxqt

Depois posta aqui se resultou.

Desculpa tens um pacote que tens que adicionar ao teu portage conf,

- nano /etc/portage/make.conf

e adiciona no campo USE "qt5" salvas e já deves conseguir
