Atualizaçao Ubuntu 14.10 [RESOLVIDO]

Ola pessoal estou usando ubuntu versao 14.10 de 32 bits mas ao abrir o terminal ou a configuracoes para atualizar atraves do comando sudo apt-get update apresentam este erro abaixo:

Obs: A minha opcao de rede esta configurado pelo dhcp e consigo acessar pagina de internet.
Nao sei o que fazer qquero ficar com ubuntu atualizado, mas nao sei como corrigir esta falha alguem mim ajude por favor, fico grato desde ja

Ubuntu-14.01 já está sem suporte desde julho/2015 e não poderá ser atualizado
Faça bkp de seus arquivos e instale ubuntu-16.04.1-lts que terá suporte até abril/2021
