1. Não consigo entender o REDAME, sou iniciante

Preciso instalar minha Wireless RTL8102 mas não consigo entender como seguir
essas instruções porque sou iniciante. Acho que não da certo porque como vão ver o kernel do linux Debian Jessie que estou usando é 3.6 e o do REDAME esta assim, não tenho certeza.
Supporting Kernel:

linux kernel 2.4 and 2.6 series.
Tested in Redhat 7.3 or later.

Alguém consegue me ajudar,

Habilite os repositórios non-free e dê um:
# apt-get install firmware-realtek
ou
https://packages.debian.org/jessie/firmware-realtek
# cd /home/user/Downloads
# dpkg -i nomedopacote.deb
Reinicie após realizar qualquer um dos modos

Não apareceu o ícone da antena wireless no canto direito da tela, já no kali linux rolling
apareceu e nem precisou instalar.
Estou o dia todo e não consegui.

If you want for rt2870 driver to auto-load at boot time:
A) choose ra0 for first RT2870 WLAN card, ra1 for second RT2870 WLAN card, etc.

B) create(edit) 'ifcfg-ra0' file in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/,
edit( or add the line) in /etc/modules.conf:
alias ra0 rt2870sta

C) edit(create) the file /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-ra0

No Windows aparece RTL8102E, mais você viu no REDAME, que veio no cd ta diferente então?
Resumindo eu só queria conseguir instalar essa antena wireless.....
