Error on java path when to install a program

Hi everyone ! I need a help please...

I trying to install a software called posper.... When start the command by terminal (./configure), his show me the follow...

"Starting POSper config
Suitable java version found [/usr/bin/java = version 1.8.0_321]
Error: Unable to access jarfile libs/launcher-1.1.jar
POSper config terminated"

I try something, but i can't fix. The user is a common user, not admin ok. But on the terminal, I use "su" and "sudo" to make changes.
Can someone help-me, please.?
