Estou tentado instalar a biblioteca libpcap no meu computador Debian 9 e ao executar o configure aparece a seguinte saída de erro:

Estou tentado instalar a biblioteca libpcap no meu computador Debian 9 e ao executar o configure aparece a seguinte saída de erro:
configure: error: Your operating system's lex is insufficient to compile
libpcap. flex is a lex replacement that has many advantages, including

Pelo que entendi o sistema não consegue rodar a biblioteca, mas por que ?libpcap. flex is a lex replacement that has many advantages, including
