Erro ao atualizar o Servidor Samba da versao 4.2.14 para 4.6.6

Bom dia tudo bem?

Gostaria de uma ajuda, eu tenho um servidor Debian na versão 8.8 e nele está rodando um Servidor Samba na versao 4.2.14 e vi que está desatualizado e gostaria de atuliazar para ultima versão 4.6.6. Eu fiz um teste eu instalei uma nova versão do Debian na versao 9 Stretch na maquina virtual e a versão do Samba foi para 4.5, porem ainda continua desatualizado. Dai eu procurei no site oficial do Samba.

E fiz conforme foi pedido no site, porém quando fui rodar o comando #./configure no diretorio do samba ele começou a ler as informações e no final ele deu esse erro o que esta no link abaixo:

Não sei se alguém passou por essa situação, então se alguém souber me ajude.

Então, o log pode ser um ótimo lugar para colher informações mais detalhadas sobre o que pode ter dado errado. Será muito útil postar o log aqui.

Galera segue o log eu coloquei só os primeiros 200 linhas, pois o log tem 11.000 linhas

Bom dia

Ufa!!! Depois de 3 dias pesquisando e fazendo os testes eu consegui atualizar a versão atual do Samba. Porém estou com outro problema, quando eu reinicio o Servidor Samba ele volta para a versão que estava.
Alguém sabe como fazer para não perder as configurações feitas quando inicia?
