Ja fis toda instalaçao de todos pacotes, mais na hora que incio ele pelo konsole, ele some todos botoes de todas janelas e nao deixa eu arrastalas.

Slackware 12.2
Kde 3.5.10

Queria um help , no menu do Setting, eu vejo Configure Compiz with CompizConfig

Abro ele marquei varias opçoes mais nada de ativa se algum pude ajudar fico agradecido.

Caso Queirao uma Screen Shot para visualizar como esta eu posto.

bom, para o compiz funcionar nao basta apenas instala-lo, vc precisa ativar a renderizacao direta da sua placa de video bem como a opcao composite no xorg, da uma googleada por ai... se nao obtiver sucesso posta novamente ae... =)

Olha, eu tenho vários posts disso aqui.
esses sumiços da janelas do Conpiz, são conhecidos em várias distros e são pr causa da memória de vídeo.
para eles sumirem, há vários jeitos.

1) instalar Emerald decorator.

2) Fazer renderização Indireta.

3) Reduzir aderência.

4) Instalar todas as coisas que faltam no Compiz, usando o instalador gráfico da Distro, procure por compiz, emerald e cairo e marque tudo e instale, todos os plugins etc... menos os devel.
se ainda assim, não funfar, atualize GTK+, Python e QT.

5) as outras coisas, Emerald, renderização etc...
Procure no menu da distro, por Fusion-Icon e se ele não estiver, instale-o, como se faz comunmento na sua Distro.
Rode-o. quando ele abre , vai pra barra de menu inferior ou superior. Clique com o botão direito do mouse, no icone dele, um cubo azul, e se abrirão as opções como do emerald.

Depois de abrir o ícone do Fusion-Icon, vc clica com o botão direito e lá var ver o "configure Compiz", "Loose Binding" e "Indirect Rendering" e um pouco mais acima, o "Emerald Theme Manager"
Compiz tambémprecisa estar com o último driver de vídeo para o seu Kernel, funcionando e mesmo assim, às vezes precisa ser "desligado" lá no Fusion-Icon e substituido pelo Metacity, se vc usa GNOME ou Kwin se vc usa KDE, isto em jogos pesados, ou tarefas de edição de vídeo, ou ainda qunado vc assiste alguns DVDs, caso tenha problemas, desligue-o e nanova sessão, ative-o novamente.
