Falha atualização yum

Prezados,

Não tenho muita vivência na administração do CENTOS, versão:

# cat /etc/*release*
cat: /etc/lsb-release.d: Is a directory
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.7 (Tikanga)

Venho aqui perguntar se alguém pode apoiar nesta questão.

Já efetuado o comando: "yum clean all", mas o comando: "yum update", retorna isso.

Por onde devo começar.

# yum update

Fui até um dos servidores que funciona e copiei o conteudo deste arquivo: "mirrorlist.txt" e coloquei em: "/var/cache/yum/base"

Após isso o resultado foi o seguinte:
