Bom, colocar todo o print do configure é meio crueldade com quem tem a boa vontade de tentar te ajudar né...
VAmos por parte.. primeiro... você deu o make como root?
Eu não tive saco de ler a saída do teu configure inteiro, mas parece que tem uns erros de permissão de arquivos, você deve ter dado o make como usuário comum...
Outra coisa, ali no fim ele reclama que não achou a libstdc++ que é uma biblioteca necessária pra compilar programas em C++.... procure e instale essa biblioteca (no Conectiva deve ser algo do tipo "apt-get install libstdc++"... procure no Google, não sei te dizer exatamente porque uso Slack e no Slack já vem por padrão instalada)

Ah, e você deu o configure (ou o make, sei lá) com um parâmetro --suffix algo assim que é inválido, ele tá ignorando o teu parâmetro (isso não afeta o erro, é só pra vc saber que você deve ter digitado errado o parâmetro, pq ele não tá reconhecendo e portanto tá ignorando)

Isso é normal se você fizer isso como usuário comum, e de quebra, há um belo risco da coisa não sair instalada, que é o seu exemplo.

Duas coisas pra tu tentar:
1. Tente dar permissão de leitura e escrita para todos os arquivos;
2. Verificar as dependencias do superkaramba. Porque? Bom, durante o configure deu varios "no" e pode ser problema de dependencia...

Você presisa está como usuário root, e veja se nos diretorios lib se tem essas bibliotecas faltantes, se não tiver faça o download!!
