Asterisk 1.8.31 > Sip Embratel retornardo

Boa Tarde a todos,

Estou com um problema a uns 2 meses.

Todo sábado meu servidor de voip asterisk começa a dar esse erro ao efetuar ligações.

Ja revisei ele de ponta a ponta e não acho o erro. Segundo a operadora o asterisk esta prendendo o canal aberto, assim não consegue passar outra ligação, mas depois de 3 ou 4 tentativas vai a ligação.
Mesmo dando esse erro a ligação chega ao destino muda.
Podem me ajudar.
