Pacman diz que espaço em disco é insuficiente

Olá, estou tentando instalar o i3 (

pacman -S i3 dmenu

), baixa de boa, porém, na hora de instalar aparece isso:



error: Partition / too full: 58973 blocks needed, 31548 blocks free

error: not enough free disk space

error: failed to commit transaction (not enough free disk space)

Errors ocurred, no packages were upgraded

Tenho as seguintes partições:
/boot - 1GB
/swap - 2GB
/ - 36GB

Estou usando o virtualbox

Brother você particionou somente.

formata caso não tenha feito e depois monta...

mount /dev/sda3 /mnt

depois:
mkdir /mnt/boot
mount /dev/sda1 /mnt/boot

Depois a swap

mkswap /dev/sda2

swapon /dev/sda2
